About the role

Learnosity is building a next‑generation assessment platform that blends AI with solid learning science. As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) you will own the visual and interaction design of this brand‑new venture, shaping a world‑class experience for learners and test‑takers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the creative vision for a high‑impact, multi‑team initiative.
• Design and deliver development‑ready UI concepts, prototypes, and high‑fidelity screens based on research, UX flows, and wireframes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to ensure a cohesive, AI‑ready user experience.
• Maintain robust timelines and coordinate across multiple teams toward a shared North Star.
• Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and leadership, supporting critique sessions and decision‑making.
• Proactively seek feedback, anticipate next steps, and keep the project aligned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior UI design roles, delivering complex interfaces on schedule.
• Ability to translate research and user flows into polished visual designs.
• Strong communication skills for presenting solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on alignment and continuous improvement.
