Senior Project Manager – End‑to‑End Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and delivery‑focused Senior Project Manager to lead initiatives from discovery through to closure. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional projects across business, change and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, aligning all stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, timely status reporting to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance and steering materials, escalating issues when needed.
• Oversee change control processes and ensure deliverables are documented, version‑controlled and approved.
• Manage third‑party vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex cross‑functional projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, budget and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and adaptable in complex environments.
