Senior Project Manager – ICT Programme (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑profile ICT programme for a public sector client in Dublin. Working on a hybrid model, you will be responsible for governance, financial oversight, and risk management while engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance and reporting cadences to track programme recommendations.
• Coordinate stakeholder progress reports, monitor milestones, and facilitate governance meetings.
• Plan and deliver ICT services aligned with strategic goals, enhancing prioritisation methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive programme reports for senior leadership and boards.
• Oversee financial management, monitor budget compliance, and produce regular financial updates.
• Identify, document, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID management).
• Manage external stakeholder engagement and ensure appropriate funding allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the public sector, preferably within ICT or cyber domains.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with C‑suite executives and produce high‑quality reports.
• Strong independent working style with end‑to‑end ownership of deliverables.

• Hourly rate of €45.95 (annualised €83,911) with 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
• 12‑month fixed‑term contract with potential extension.
