Senior Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a well‑established cost and project management consultancy in Dublin, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑quality project delivery across a range of sectors. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders and design teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted liaison between clients, stakeholders and design teams.
• Lead the delivery of project management services, from brief preparation to close‑out.
• Conduct background research, data collection and due diligence to support planning.
• Prepare clear project briefs, reports, timelines and procurement strategies.
• Monitor budgets, fee drawdowns and non‑construction costs.
• Oversee the procurement process, including RFP preparation, tender assessment and reporting.
• Produce monthly progress reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage handovers, defect resolution and project close‑out procedures.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote the firm’s market profile.

Required profile

• Relevant third‑level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or Surveying.
• 5‑7 years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a construction consultancy.
• Experience on residential, hotel, commercial or logistics projects is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, reporting and communication abilities.
