Senior Project Manager – Residential Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead residential and mixed‑use developments for a leading privately owned property developer in Dublin. You will own projects from pre‑construction through handover, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of residential and mixed‑use schemes from inception to handover.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and risk across all project phases.
• Coordinate consultants, design teams, contractors and local stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, planning compliance and construction delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale residential or mixed‑use developments in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, planning, procurement and contract administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced development environment.
