Senior Site Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a high‑end refurbishment project in Clare, Ireland. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the construction site.
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, report variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project reports.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold high standards of work.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role.
• Relevant degree or diploma in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to problem‑solve and make decisions under pressure.
