Senior Site Manager – Large Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on a large‑scale residential development in North County Dublin. This is a key leadership position within one of Ireland’s most ambitious residential developers, responsible for delivering high‑volume housing units while maintaining quality, safety and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all on‑site activities for a multi‑unit residential project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and site teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Drive programme milestones while upholding the highest standards of quality and health & safety.
• Collaborate closely with Contracts Managers, Project Managers and the wider delivery team.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and specification.
• Maintain excellent site standards and compliance with all H&S regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on residential developments.
• Strong housing background; timber‑frame experience highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Relevant construction qualification preferred.
• Experience with developer or main‑contractor residential projects considered.
