Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting for AI/ML, software and engineering positions worldwide. You will act as a strategic advisor to business units and HR partners, shaping sourcing strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs and pipelines for specialized engineering roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to design effective sourcing strategies and present multiple qualified candidates per opening.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Drive the offer process in coordination with Compensation, HR, and Orientation teams.
• Provide guidance on search and hiring procedures while supporting diversity, inclusion, and compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience, especially for specialized software and engineering talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience recruiting internationally and attracting top talent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Solid business acumen, problem‑solving abilities, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
