Senior Talent Partner – GTM (Dublin, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for GTM (Go‑to‑Market) functions across EMEA. The role is based in Dublin on a hybrid schedule and will initially be a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle hiring for Sales, Marketing and Digital roles, with a focus on the DACH region.
• Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring demand and future capability needs.
• Run detailed intake sessions that define success criteria beyond the job description.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑find commercial talent.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using modern sourcing tools and market‑mapping techniques.
• Deliver a premium candidate experience with clear communication throughout the process.
• Use data and market insight to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Employer Brand teams to enhance attraction strategies and ensure inclusive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience in a corporate, embedded or high‑growth environment.
• Track record hiring across GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Confidence managing multiple live requisitions without sacrificing quality.
• Proactive sourcing mindset with ability to find talent rather than wait for applications.
• Commercial awareness and ability to link hiring activity to business outcomes.
• High personal ownership, accountability and comfort in fast‑paced, shifting priorities.
