Senior Technician – Production Services Operations

About the role

The Production Services Operations (PSO) team at SiriusXM’s new Dublin technology hub provides 24 × 7 incident management and operational support for the company’s consumer audio brands. As a Senior Technician you will lead monitoring, triage and technical support to ensure a seamless experience for customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Intake, triage and investigate technical incidents.
• Communicate status and updates to internal business stakeholders.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution with resolver teams.
• Validate resolutions and close incidents.
• Manage daily technical operations and software deployments.
• Monitor system alarms and maintain operational records.
• Document processes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Associate degree, technical school or military training in computer systems management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a 24 × 7 × 365 multi‑shift environment focused on monitoring and incident management.
• Hands‑on experience with trouble‑ticket systems and network‑monitoring tools.
• Proven ability to take initiative and work through ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Flexible availability for weekends, holidays and overnight shifts.
