Service Technician – Field Based (Cork)

About the role

Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to join its Cork team. You will be responsible for delivering, installing, servicing and maintaining water coolers and filtration systems across Ireland, ensuring customers receive a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site surveys, installations, repairs, exchanges and collections of water‑cooling equipment.
• Diagnose faults, implement effective solutions and ensure equipment operates optimally.
• Follow a structured daily schedule while remaining flexible for reactive work.
• Manage van stock, tools and inventory to complete tasks efficiently.
• Record service visits accurately using a company‑provided tablet.
• Provide a professional, courteous service experience to every customer.

Required profile

• Full, valid driving licence (maximum 6 points) with no disqualifying offences.
• Minimum three years’ driving experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Strong geographical knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
• Customer‑first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
