Site Foreman – Construction Projects €0.5m‑€10m

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead construction projects ranging from €0.5 million to €10 million in Drogheda. The role involves overseeing daily site operations from mobilisation through hand‑over, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of day‑to‑day site activities for residential/housing schemes.
• Complete daily and weekly check‑lists, site diaries, allocation sheets, timesheets and progress reports.
• Manage and coordinate trades, traffic flow and site inductions.
• Supervise health and safety compliance and enforce all relevant protocols.
• Attend site management meetings and handle plant, material and purchase returns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a foreman with a main contractor on residential projects.
• Degree or trade qualification in a construction‑related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulations and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Full clean European driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
