Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of our applications. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, automating operational tasks, and supporting CI/CD and monitoring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support production and non‑production environments.
• Perform application monitoring, incident management, and operational support.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and database‑related problems.
• Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and efficiency.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Linux systems.
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance using tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Support ITIL/ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams for issue resolution and deployments.
• Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and maintain operational documentation.
• Participate in on‑call support and production releases as required.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in DevOps, production support, or application operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in DevOps, Linux, ITIL, or cloud technologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
