Social Media & Content Creator (County Mayo)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Content Creator to join our team in County Mayo. You will work directly with clients, capture authentic on‑location footage, and turn it into scroll‑stopping reels, posts, and campaigns for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute on‑site photo, video and short‑form content shoots at client locations across County Mayo.
• Produce high‑quality Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, Facebook posts and TikTok videos tailored to each brand.
• Edit and post‑produce all content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
• Write on‑brand captions, hooks and calls‑to‑action that drive engagement.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Manage and grow client social accounts, monitoring reach, engagement, follower growth and other key metrics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, trending formats and best practices.
• Collaborate with the paid‑media team to ensure organic content supports paid campaigns.
• Deliver clear, honest monthly performance updates to clients.

Required profile

• A portfolio showcasing short‑form video content with real performance metrics.
• Confidence in shooting, editing and storytelling for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok algorithms and growth tactics.
• Ability to work independently on location, using phone or camera without direction.
• Excellent written English for captions, briefs and client communication.
• Based in or around County Mayo, Ireland.
• Professional experience managing social media for businesses or brands.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer or Metricool.
• Basic graphic‑design skills in Canva or Adobe.
• Understanding of how organic content feeds paid social campaigns and daily use of AI tools.
