Social Media Specialist (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to join our Lisbon office on a full‑time basis. You will write and publish engaging content across our social channels, helping to grow community, brand awareness and user engagement for both the company and our product pages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and publish high‑quality posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage posting schedules for company and product‑specific pages.
• Craft meaningful comments to drive conversations and increase visibility.
• Monitor and respond to follower interactions to support community engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Design teams to align content with launches, hiring campaigns and other initiatives.
• Track performance and engagement metrics and continuously improve the content strategy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, language and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing or online community engagement.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise and engaging copy.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
• Experience managing multiple brand pages.
• Proactive mindset, high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus).
