Solutions Architect – Hybrid Identity (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise hybrid identity and endpoint solutions in Dublin. The role focuses on integrating Active Directory with Entra ID (Azure AD) and ensuring secure, compliant, and operationally ready environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current environment and define hybrid identity solution designs.
• Lead implementation of Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint configurations including GPO and device join.
• Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of identity and endpoint solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce documentation, runbooks, and facilitate BAU handover.
• Engage stakeholders and support delivery governance.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, identity management, or end‑user computing.
• Proven experience designing and implementing hybrid identity and endpoint solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience working in regulated sectors such as banking or financial services is a plus.
• Relevant Microsoft Identity or Endpoint certifications are preferred.

Required skills

• Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) design and troubleshooting.
• Entra ID (Azure AD) and Entra Connect (AAD Connect).
• Endpoint/device management and hybrid join concepts.
• Troubleshooting across identity, endpoint, and network layers.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management.
