Store Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to lead our team at the Portlaoise location. You will ensure the store runs smoothly, delivers excellent customer service and upholds the Centra brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying Centra’s values of being Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
• Maintain high standards for product rotation, merchandising and store presentation.
• Support the induction, training and development of team members.
• Handle customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
• Encourage teamwork, a positive attitude and multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Engage with new initiatives and adopt new ways of working.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.
• Organisational skills to delegate tasks and support colleagues.
