Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee the movement of fresh ingredients from suppliers to customers across multiple countries. This fast‑paced operational role requires strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities to maintain service levels, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for several international locations.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight providers, warehouses and customers.
• Monitor stock movement, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Manage transport bookings and maintain supply‑chain documentation.
• Ensure accurate communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve operational and logistical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Support inventory management and forecasting activities.
• Maintain strong service levels while controlling operational costs.
• Assist with continuous‑improvement initiatives within the supply‑chain function.

Required profile

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or food coordination.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or other fast‑moving sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional attitude and team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• ERP experience (specific system not required).
