Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will manage day‑to‑day supply chain activities, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted product flow. The role also supports planning, compliance, vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise inventory levels while meeting customer service targets.
• Manage and support new product introductions.
• Resolve supply and operational issues efficiently.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with transport and customs regulations.
• Support supply chain security and risk‑mitigation initiatives.
• Contribute to monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.
• Assist with supply chain strategy and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with internal and external partners.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
