Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

PSC Biotech is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (Senior Material Planner) to ensure raw material availability for drug substance, drug product and finished‑goods packaging operations. The role supports global pharmaceutical client sites, coordinating material planning, purchasing and release within the SAP ERP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master data accuracy for material components in SAP.
• Plan, purchase and release raw material components according to the Master Production Schedule and product launch timelines.
• Lead the weekly cross‑functional material readiness forum and generate heat‑map material readiness reports for site stakeholders.
• Represent the function in Global Category Forms, Quarterly Business Reviews and weekly S&OE meetings.
• Support development and implementation of processes and systems to optimise material coverage.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in material planning within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong understanding of master production scheduling and product launch activities.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, multicultural environments.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) – master data and material planning modules.
