Talent Coordinator

About the role

The Rec Hub is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our Dublin team on a 6‑month hybrid contract. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and will help ensure a smooth, premium experience throughout the recruitment journey for sales and go‑to‑market hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for candidates, delivering a professional and seamless experience.
• Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support recruitment reporting.
• Chase feedback, keep hiring processes on track, and meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Assist with ad‑hoc recruitment projects, process improvements, and talent pipelining.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in talent or recruitment coordination.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive communicator with a “get it done” attitude.
• Open to feedback, reflective, and focused on continuous learning.
• Proactive in building relationships across departments while staying task‑focused.
