Talent Sourcer (1-year Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract. You will use a variety of sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates, building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Irishjobs.
• Craft and send recruiting emails to attract talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
• Measure conversion rates from passive candidates to applicants, interviewees, offers, and hires.
• Request referrals from employees and external networks.
• Promote the employer brand both online and offline.
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Communicate with past applicants about new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar recruiting role.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search strings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to positively present the company and open roles to candidates.
• Effective time‑management abilities.
