Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join a leading Irish group in Dublin. Reporting to the Tax Director, you will work closely with a collaborative tax and finance team to ensure the group meets its corporate tax compliance obligations and to support strategic tax initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the corporate tax compliance process, including Pillar Two reporting requirements.
• Assist with transfer pricing aspects of inter‑company transactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on tax planning initiatives and special projects.
• Provide tax input on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and support due‑diligence activities.
• Review and improve tax processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor changes to Irish and international tax laws, assess impact, and implement adjustments.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement and automation initiatives within the tax function.

Required profile

• CTA qualified with training completed within a corporate tax team of a large or mid‑tier firm.
• Experience operating at manager level.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Strong analytical and interpretative skills with keen attention to detail.
