About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to children aged 3‑16 in schools across China. The position is full‑time, on‑site and includes comprehensive training, visa sponsorship and ongoing support, making it ideal for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high‑energy English lessons using the company’s curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve confidence and proficiency.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programmes.
• Collaborate with in‑class coaches and mentors to continuously improve teaching practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.
