Team Lead & Project Manager

About the role

This position combines hands‑on team leadership with cross‑functional project management to deliver complex, data‑driven business initiatives. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, work with large quantitative data sets, and navigate ambiguous environments to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a cross‑functional team to deliver business projects on time and to a high standard.
• Plan, organise, and manage projects from initiation through completion, defining clear goals, timelines and deliverables.
• Analyse large quantitative data sets (and some qualitative information) to support decision‑making.
• Maintain structure within the team, allocating work, tracking progress and following up on tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather requirements, manage expectations and communicate progress.
• Oversee project‑management activities, including milestone tracking, risk management and issue resolution.
• Support invoicing and reconciliations related to projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use SAP and other systems for project‑related data, reporting and financial information.
• Apply agentic AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance analysis and improve outcomes.
• Prepare clear reports on project status, risks and outcomes for leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business‑focused project management.
• Strong ability to work with large quantitative data sets and interpret results.
• Experience navigating cross‑functional environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on clarity in ambiguous situations.
• Detail‑oriented approach to managing tasks, timelines and documentation.
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliations and SAP for financial data management.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
