About the role
AXA Partners is seeking a motivated Team Leader to oversee its Partner Services operations. You will guide a team of customer‑service professionals, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management.
- Conduct weekly meetings to share updates, recognise achievements and promote open communication.
- Manage targets, monitor SLA performance, allocate work and track KPIs.
- Identify trends, escalate issues and drive operational excellence.
- Promote a customer‑first culture and a “First Time Right” approach.
- Handle performance, absenteeism and disciplinary matters.
- Support change initiatives and foster a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Build strong relationships with peer teams and stakeholders.
- Provide reports and analysis on KPIs, complaints and data insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Experience in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑first mindset with a background in customer service.
- Analytical ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification or equivalent.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and the broader Microsoft Office suite).
