Tech Recruiter (6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term position supports a fast‑growing, fully remote organisation that hires across Product, Engineering and Design. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and helping shape high‑performing, globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles, with a focus on Product, Engineering and Design.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to define hiring strategies.
• Drive candidate management, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience.
• Maintain high‑volume pipelines, screen candidates and produce quality shortlists aligned with diversity goals.
• Continuously improve recruitment efficiency, reducing time‑to‑hire and optimising workflows.
• Track, analyse and report hiring metrics to support data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Act as an ambassador for remote work culture and company values.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle tech recruitment experience in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up.
• Strong track record recruiting Engineering, Product or Design roles at scale.
• Ability to handle high‑volume hiring while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple requisitions.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with a commitment to diversity and fair hiring practices.

Required skills

• Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime and BrightHire.
