Transaction Analyst – Regulatory & Compliance

About the role

The Transaction Analyst will join the Compliance and Regulatory Services team in Dublin, supporting the implementation of anti‑money‑laundering (AML) policies and risk assessments. Reporting to the Assistant Transaction Manager, the role combines client interaction with project‑based regulatory initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support AML policy implementation, risk assessments and quarterly compliance reporting while liaising with clients.
• Maintain and update regulatory risk registers.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and prioritise key risk and compliance matters.
• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning and provide insights on emerging developments.
• Perform AML and KYC reviews, preparing client profiles; experience with World‑Check or similar tools is advantageous.
• Keep current with statutory, regulatory and industry guidance relevant to the business model.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in risk management, regulatory or compliance roles, preferably with consulting exposure.
• Relevant risk, compliance, legal or professional qualifications desirable, or willingness to obtain them.
• Good knowledge of the European regulatory landscape, especially the Central Bank of Ireland, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders, including client‑facing situations.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
