Vice President, Relationship Management – IM Sales

About the role

BNY is seeking a Vice President to join its Corporate Trust Investment Managers, Relationship Management team in Dublin. You will support Investment Managers and Relationship Managers in deepening client coverage and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support Investment Managers Group Relationship Managers (RMs) to expand client coverage and uncover new deals.
• Own client engagement and internal coordination throughout onboarding for designated new transactions.
• Gather, track, and analyse market and client data; maintain reference databases and draft internal reports.
• Act as backup for RMs during travel, meetings, or vacations.
• Continuously develop knowledge of debt capital markets, especially private credit, and share insights with the team.
• Liaise with CT Product, CT Client Service, Asset Servicing Implementation Group, and Enterprise Operating Platform.
• Assist RMs in preparing client presentation packs and responding to RFPs.
• Organise and attend new‑business presentations and periodic Client Service Review meetings.
• Explore AI applications to improve team workflows and efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and cultivate a strong internal network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience working with CLOs and private credit.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Growth mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive team orientation.
• Exceptional time‑management and ability to deliver under pressure.
