Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our Blanchardstown facility on a Thursday‑Saturday day shift. The role is central to ensuring smooth warehouse operations that support the delivery of life‑changing therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and despatch.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the WMS and SAP systems.
• Schedule batches and mini‑bags for clean‑room processing in compliance with EDD requirements.
• Ensure housekeeping standards and health & safety compliance are consistently met.
• Generate and distribute daily operational reports to the Packaging Manager and Key Account Manager.
• Oversee training, back‑to‑work meetings, and equipment maintenance.
• Support cross‑functional communication with QA, Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing new work practices, documenting KPIs and performing additional tasks aligned with company goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• High level of PC proficiency.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with SAP inventory modules.
• Competence with counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks and VNA vehicles.
• Strong computer skills (PC).
