Web & Digital Platforms Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Web & Digital Platforms Developer to join our new Group Digital team. Reporting to the Group Head of Digital, you will work hands‑on across web and platform initiatives, bridging delivery, marketing and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of new websites and digital customer journeys.
• Manage and evolve web/CMS platforms in a headless environment.
• Build and maintain digital content and reusable components.
• Assist with the setup of a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Use analytics to monitor performance and improve user experience.

Required profile

• Mid‑level, hands‑on experience with web and platform development.
• Comfortable working with external development partners.
• Practical, delivery‑focused mindset with the ability to take ownership in a fast‑moving environment.
