Women’s Health Regional Medical Science Liaison & Medical Advisor

About the role

Theramex is seeking a scientific ambassador for its Women’s Health portfolio across Ireland, with additional support for UK medical activities. The role combines field‑based KOL engagement as a Medical Science Liaison with strategic medical input and advisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the scientific liaison for the Women’s Health portfolio in Ireland and support UK activities.
• Engage in high‑quality scientific exchange with key external experts, healthcare professionals and clinical investigators.
• Generate actionable medical insights, identify unmet needs and feed them into local, UK and global medical strategies.
• Deliver non‑promotional scientific presentations in line with global and local Medical Affairs plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence portfolio direction and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent) with signatory authority.
• Full compliance with ABPI, IPHA and HPRA regulations.
• Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare system, reimbursement landscape and patient pathways.
• Proven experience operating across Ireland and the UK.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Successful track record working in cross‑functional teams.
