About the role
We are looking for a proactive Night Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team. Working the night shift, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, doors, and elevators.
- Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide information on local attractions, hotel amenities, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Anticipate and fulfill unstated guest needs, resolve complaints, and coordinate service recovery.
- Promote hotel facilities, bar menus, pool times, and create itineraries.
- Maintain safety by following crisis response, health & safety, HACCP, and fire‑safety procedures.
- Compile guest feedback, manage comment cards, and lead the night shift independently.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work autonomously.
- Full clean driver’s licence and punctual, reliable attendance.
Required skills
- Opera (hotel property management system) experience.
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to compile reports.
