Night Manager

About the role

The Heritage, a luxury hotel and award‑winning spa in the unspoilt Laois countryside, is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead overnight operations. You will ensure smooth service delivery, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, including front office, grounds, and security.
• Complete nightly checklists and prepare function or conference rooms for the next day when required.
• Conduct regular security walks, verify that all exits are locked and secured, and ensure premises are safe.
• Coach, train, and brief the night‑team staff, fostering high standards of service.
• Report any incidents or maintenance issues immediately and ensure all guests have vacated the property at closing times.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hotel management experience or strong supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Passion for delivering an exceptionally high level of guest service in a confident and professional manner.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
