We are an award‑winning Dublin‑based recruitment agency seeking a proactive and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to build and develop their own desk. You will have the autonomy to shape your niche while working in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and place top talent in roles that match client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Create tailored recruitment strategies to expand your network and client base.
• Negotiate terms with clients and manage contracts with candidates.
• Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice.
• Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline using our recruitment database.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or specialist recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.

What we offer

• Base salary €40,000‑€45,000 with uncapped commission; first‑year OTE expected to exceed €55,000.
