Director of People and Culture

About the role

The National Ambulance Service is recruiting a Director of People and Culture to lead its people strategy and cultural development across the service. This senior position reports to the National Director of National Services and Schemes and works within the HSE framework.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for people and culture initiatives within the National Ambulance Service.
• Engage with the National Director, National Services and Schemes to align the role with organisational requirements and the HSE’s Blended Working Policy.
• Attend and contribute to meetings in Cork, Dublin and other regional locations as required.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior HR or people‑and‑culture leadership roles.
• Ability to work across national locations and collaborate with senior HSE stakeholders.
