About the role
As a Recruitment Executive you will leverage your insurance or sales background to source, engage and place candidates for our clients. Working in a fast‑growing Irish recruitment firm, you will be part of a supportive team that helps you develop commercial expertise while building your own portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract talent across insurance and financial services sectors.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from initial contact to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client companies.
- Grow and manage your own desk, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales, telesales, broker sales, financial services sales or account management.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and natural relationship‑building ability.
- Motivated by career progression and long‑term success.
