About the role

This senior position leads commercial growth for a cutting‑edge scientific and analytical technology company across EMEA and LATAM. You will shape regional sales strategies, manage diverse teams and channel partners, and drive measurable business impact in international markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional sales teams, sales applications staff, channel partners and operational support across EMEA and LATAM.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with global objectives to maximise revenue and win rates.
  • Drive quarterly and annual performance through accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM oversight.
  • Collaborate with business units and marketing to identify growth opportunities, vertical markets and lead‑generation initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimise performance via KPI tracking, coaching, mentoring and performance management.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders and opinion leaders.
  • Provide executive leadership with regular reporting, market intelligence, competitive analysis and performance insights.
  • Support organisational design improvements and sales‑process optimisation for greater efficiency.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record in scientific instrumentation sales to academic and industrial markets.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience, including international and channel‑partner responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership ability to inspire, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with forecasting and strategic sales planning expertise.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
