About the role
SEABRIDGE® is looking for a Transport Administrator to join its Mygan branch in Dublin. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth processing of freight documentation and support daily logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Scan and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents against load sheets.
- Upload POD documents each morning and maintain accurate records.
- Book customer freight using the Azyra system.
- Create delivery labels and prepare daily manifests for the warehouse team.
- Coordinate with the UK office to share required POD documents.
- Handle daily paperwork in line with load sheets and respond to email inquiries promptly.
- Provide professional telephone support to customers and colleagues.
- Assist the distribution team as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience in groupage shipping (preferred).
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
