Manager, Global Mobility Technical

About the role

The Manager, Global Mobility Technical supports the Global Mobility Technical function by overseeing all technical aspects of individual global assignments. You will lead the due‑diligence process, ensure cost projections are accurate, and guarantee compliance with the Global Mobility policy.

Key responsibilities

• Create and set up the KPMG LinkE record for each assignment.
• Prepare end‑to‑end due‑diligence documentation, collaborating with internal and external experts.
• Work with the Mobility Consulting team to align assignment set‑up with business strategy.
• Produce cost projections that incorporate tax implications identified during due‑diligence.
• Conduct comparative analysis of mobility packages as needed.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to obtain approval on costing and proceed with assignments.
• Support the annual Cost Projection Refresh process.
• Coordinate with local payroll and Mobility Tax Accounting teams to reflect tax implications in payroll processing and reporting.
• Prepare and issue Letters of Understanding for presentation to associates.

Required profile

• University/Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Tax degree preferred).
• Full English proficiency.
• 3+ years experience in Global Mobility operations.
• 3+ years experience in expatriate tax (preferred).
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a virtual, diverse environment and manage multiple projects.
