Accommodation Assistant – Day Shift

About the role

Dromoland Castle Resort is seeking enthusiastic Accommodation Assistants to join its day‑shift team. Working Monday to Sunday, you will help maintain the resort’s five‑star standards by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and respond to their immediate needs.
• Maintain a tidy and hygienic environment throughout the property.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or cleaning role.
• Positive "Yes I can!" attitude with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with high level of verbal and written English.
