Accommodation Assistant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for an Accommodation Assistant to join the housekeeping team at Cavan Crystal Hotel. The role involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a pleasant stay for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, balconies and leisure areas using approved chemicals and equipment.
• Replenish bathroom and bedroom supplies to required standards.
• Complete cleaning tasks within allocated time while maintaining quality.
• Report maintenance defects that could affect guest experience or safety.
• Follow all hotel cleaning procedures and waste disposal guidelines.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to work weekdays and weekends.
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Use of approved cleaning chemicals and equipment.
