Account Executive, Mid-Market – French Speaking

About the role

Fin is looking for a French‑speaking Mid‑Market Account Executive to drive the adoption of its AI Customer Agent platform across the Mid‑Market segment. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help shape the future of our sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Evangelize Fin’s AI solution and accelerate growth in the Mid‑Market segment.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process using a consultative approach.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain clear visibility on revenue performance.
• Stay current on product updates and internal processes.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Mentor team members and contribute to sales‑team development.
• Act as the voice of the customer with Marketing and Product teams.
• Support global Enterprise growth by pioneering best practices and leading improvement projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as an Account Executive.
• 3+ years SaaS sales experience with comparable products.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment handling inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to close new business in competitive markets.
• Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and strong ambition.
