About the role
Google Customer Solutions is looking for an Account Executive to drive new‑business sales across English‑ and French‑speaking markets. You will combine a passion for digital advertising with a strong sales mindset to help small‑ and medium‑size businesses grow using Google’s full suite of marketing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and maintain the relationship for up to six months to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high‑value accounts in partnership with sales development, onboarding, agency and marketing teams.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calling, consultative selling, and relationship management to secure new business agreements.
- Advise clients on domestic and export online marketing goals using YouTube, Google Search, Google Shopping, Google Display Network and app‑promotion solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of new‑business sales experience with a record of exceeding quota.
- Fluent communication in both English and French.
- Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch and execute digital‑marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and local market dynamics.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, working independently and collaborating within a team.
