Account Manager – Customer Onboarding (English/Spanish)

About the role

Google Customer Solutions is looking for a bilingual Account Manager to lead customer onboarding for advertising clients across the region. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping businesses of all sizes adopt Google’s advertising products and achieve their growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with SMB clients, guiding them toward their business goals.
• Consistently meet quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Design and deliver customized pitches and strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Identify creative opportunities to deepen client engagement and promote Google advertising solutions.
• Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and present data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in digital sales, client management, business development, marketing or related fields.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Experience with new‑business sales, business analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and proactive leadership.
