Account Strategist – SBS Engage (France)

About the role

As an Account Strategist for Google Customer Solutions, you will partner with small and medium‑sized businesses in France, helping them achieve their marketing goals through Google’s advertising products. You will work bilingually in English and French to understand client needs and craft effective advertising strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with clients virtually, via email, or face‑to‑face, understanding their business challenges and marketing objectives.
• Own a portfolio of small businesses, identify growth drivers, develop quarterly plans and drive customer growth by delivering a consultative sales experience.
• Develop data‑driven analyses and recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high‑impact opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media or marketing.
• Fluent communication in both English and French.
• Proven ability to assess client success, manage objections and sell competitively.

Required skills

• Experience launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, especially on Google Ads.
• Knowledge of other digital marketing platforms and online media ecosystems.
