About the role

Join Access’s Business Development team in Dublin, focusing on the healthcare sector. You will progress from prospecting to full account management with comprehensive training and a performance‑based career path.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and develop new client accounts within the healthcare sector.
Manage the full client relationship from first contact to ongoing account management.
Negotiate terms, grow existing accounts, and convert leads into long‑term partnerships.
Earn uncapped commission for each client signed, improved, or for residual revenue from recruitment shifts.

Required profile

1–3 years of proven success in B2B sales, outbound sales, BDR/SDR, telesales, or account management.
Track record of hitting KPIs, targets, or commission‑based goals.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa.

What we offer

Base salary plus uncapped commission.
Average Year 1 total earnings: €45 K+.
Average Year 2 total earnings: €65 K+.
Top performers can earn significantly more.
