Agency New Business Manager – Digital Marketing (French)

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Agency New Business Manager to lead the rollout of a unique digital‑marketing advertising solution across the European market. Working closely with Pinterest, you will help advertisers build brand awareness, drive product sales and engage target audiences on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing and new digital‑marketing agency relationships to ensure advertiser success on Pinterest.
• Prospect, pitch and establish new agency business in your market.
• Retain and grow advertising revenue from advertisers within your portfolio.
• Translate partner business goals into data‑driven stories and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Troubleshoot and optimise campaigns, communicating new features to product teams.
• Track, analyse and report key quantitative metrics and business trends.

Required profile

• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent).
• At least 1 year experience managing digital‑marketing campaigns in an agency or in sales/account‑management roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interfacing directly with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) or similar CRM tools.
• Google Workspace (G Suite) for collaboration and presentations.
• Familiarity with online ad platforms such as Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, Google Ads and Snapchat.
• Analytical and reporting skills with a data‑driven approach.
