Analytical Test Technician

About the role

The Analytical Test Technician will join the Quality/Construction team in Leixlip to perform leak and impurity testing on high‑purity process pipe systems. Work is carried out in clean‑room and manufacturing environments, supporting both internal projects and third‑party quality assurance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct helium leak testing on Ultra High Purity (UHP) gas lines and Ultra‑Pure Water (UPW) systems.
• Perform particle, moisture, oxygen, TOC and water quality analyses.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and support in clean‑room and construction sites.
• Assist with facilities support and third‑party QA inspections.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in construction, trade, or hands‑on assembly.
• Previous analytical testing experience is advantageous.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools and perform basic mathematics.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification preferred.
