Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a large in‑store team, including managers and supervisors.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic fashion retail setting.
• Analyse sales data and fashion trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, develop and retain top retail talent.
• Ensure operational excellence across all store functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fashion retail management.
• Track record of delivering strong commercial results in high‑footfall locations.
• Deep understanding of fashion trends, product assortment and visual merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people‑development abilities.
• Hands‑on, energetic and motivating management style.
